About Kelly

Kelly Hawkes has hands-on previous tenures managing properties including residential and apartment buildings; organizing and overseeing all on site facility services & trades to dealing with all relative tenant services from placement and front line concierge services to Landlord/Tenant Board actions and Small Claims Court matters throughout Ontario.

Kelly graduated (Valedictorian) as a paralegal earning the highest mark achieved. With a license to practice as a paralegal, Kelly went on to work with Collection Agencies, Law Firms, Management Companies, Investment Property Owners and to successfully building a National Legal Support Services department.

Kelly finds time to teach evening classes to investment property owners on understanding their rights as Landlords and how to effectively protect themselves from liability and can be heard on a number of podcasts and public speaking events, assisting Landlords and individuals with best practices and strategies for legal recovery.

Kelly has a solid reputation for excellence in her field of work in both the real estate and creditor collections sectors. She also is a devoted mother of two and sister to four siblings. Down time is rare but special and devoted to family. Kelly enjoys travelling, hiking and sunny beaches.
